Please read these terms before using Relayvia. By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Relayvia is operated by Robi, LLC (2810 N Church St STE 91865, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA) ("we"). It provides an AI model API: an account is registered, its admins add team members, and team members create API keys to call the models listed on the platform by their official names. The service does not accept your own third-party model keys and does not let you add model sources.
2. Eligibility
Both individuals and businesses may sign up for and use the service. Anyone who signs up for or uses the service must be at least 18 years old; if you sign up on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms for it.
3. Accounts and API keys
An account is created only after its email is verified. The person who signs up is the account admin and is responsible for its team members and API keys. API keys are stored encrypted, and the account can view them again in the console; the full key never appears in any log. If a key leaks, disable or delete it at once. Usage made with a leaked key is charged to the account.
4. Billing and prepayment
The service is prepaid. Your account wallet is denominated in USD and must be topped up before use. Each request is priced by the model's rate and your account's tier multiplier; it is reserved first and settled on actual usage. Failed requests are not charged; but if the model developer has already charged for what you sent (for example, partial output was produced, a stream was cut off, or a timeout was estimated), the request is charged as usual. Payment methods are those listed on the top-up page and the pricing page; the minimum is shown on the top-up page. Top-up credits do not expire; credits from promotions or redemption codes follow the terms of that campaign. Sign-up does not come with credits; promotions and redemption codes are announced separately. Your credit balance can become negative when a settlement exceeds its reservation or the platform reverses a credit. While it is negative, service is paused and API requests return 402 until credits are restored.
5. Refunds
Within 7 days of a top-up being posted, you can request a refund of the part of it you have not used (up to your credit balance at the time of the request). The refund goes back to the original payment method; payment fees are not refunded. Top-ups paid in USDT or other crypto cannot be refunded. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded, with no time limit. Credits from redemption codes, referral rewards and promotional credits are not refundable. Request a refund through a support ticket or the support email; we handle requests within 7 business days. If we terminate your account, the remaining top-up credit is returned to the original payment method within 30 days, unless the account was terminated for violating these terms. If you close your account yourself, no additional refund is made beyond the 7-day rule above.
6. Model developers
Models on the platform come from their original developers, and your request content is sent to the relevant developer to produce a response. You must also follow that developer's usage policies. We call models through each developer's official API.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to: ・break the law or infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others; ・generate or distribute child sexual exploitation material, content that incites violence or terrorism, or malware, or to run fraud, spam or cyberattacks; ・get around the security measures, rate limits or billing of the service or of model developers, or let anyone outside your account use your API keys; ・violate the usage policies of the developer of the model you call. A single request body can be at most 20 MB and a request can run for at most 600 seconds; requests over the rate limit return 429, and other limits are in the docs. We watch for suspicious activity such as mass sign-ups, many failed requests or unusual usage on a single key, and may disable the accounts or keys involved.
8. Inputs and outputs
You own the content you send and the output the models produce, and we claim no rights in them. You must have the right to send that content, and you are responsible for judging whether output is accurate and suitable for your use. Model output can be wrong and should not be your only basis for professional advice.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account or API keys if you violate these terms, leave a balance unpaid, or your use puts the service, other accounts or model developers at risk; we will give notice first where we can. The remaining top-up balance after termination is handled as described under Refunds.
10. Changes to the service
Models come from their original developers, so the available models and prices change. We announce a model removal or a price increase at least 3 days in advance; when a model developer withdraws a model without warning we cannot give advance notice, and we announce it as soon as possible. Each request is charged at the price in effect when it is charged.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee that it or any model is always available.
12. Trademarks
Model and vendor names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Robi, LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by or partnered with any of them.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 3 months before the claim is made. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability to be excluded or limited; where the law that applies to you does not, these limits apply only to the extent that law permits.
14. Indemnification
If your use of the service violates these terms or the law, or content you send infringes the rights of others, and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you will indemnify us for the resulting losses and reasonable expenses, including attorneys' fees.
15. Regions and compliance
Each model developer sets its own rules on the countries, regions and uses it supports. You are responsible for making sure that your location and use comply with the terms of the developer of the model you call and with the laws where you are, and you bear any liability arising from not doing so.
16. Export controls and sanctions
You must comply with U.S. and other applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. Organizations and individuals in countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and parties on U.S. government sanctions lists, may not use the service.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service are subject to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
18. Changes to these terms and contact
When we change these terms we post a notice on the website and update the last updated date at the top of this page; material changes are also emailed to account admins. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions: service@relayvia.dev.
